Attentive both to customers’ wishes and the latest trends, BOMA LE RESTAURANT offers appetising flexitarian cuisine that flirts with bistronomy.
Maud David Aracil
Trained by some of the biggest names in gastronomic cuisine in Marseilles, such as three-time Michelin-star holder Gérald PASSEDAT or Lionel LEVY, our chef Maud David-Aracil has developed a great technique and the ability to cook dishes that just hit the spot.
At just 29, our chef is part of a young and up-and-coming generation of committed, creative chefs. Born in the South of France, our chef, Maud David-Aracil, brings a touch of sunshine to Alsatian cuisine by mixing Mediterranean flavours with the generosity of local produce. Our chef and her team are proud to offer home-made dishes, lovingly made with the absolute minimum of waste where every product is used in its entirety. At BOMA, nothing is thrown away, everything is consumed!

Lunch
From Monday to Friday from 12 to 2 pm.
BOMA likes to look after you, but also its neighbours. Every week, a new set lunch menu is created using fresh, local and (often) ORGANIC produce!
BOMA is flexitarian: fish, meat, veggie, gluten- or lactose-free. Have a look at menu, it changes with the seasons. There really is something for everyone!


Snack menu
The snack menu is served from 6 to 7.30 pm from Monday to Friday and from 2 to 10 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Because you can feel peckish at any time of day, at BOMA LE RESTAURANT, there’s always something to keep you going. Come and sit down, take the time to peruse our seasonal menu!


Dinner
The dinner menu is served from 7.30 to 10 pm from Monday to Friday.
BOMA loves to share, exchange, mix and mingle, but above all what we’re aiming for is conviviality. It’s what we call the BOMAttitude. The evening meal is a perfect opportunity to get round a table, large or small, and enjoy the dishes concocted by our chef. Michelin-starred chef Thierry Schwartz and our sommelière, Marianne, have selected a range of natural wines for you – every one a little gem to discover or re-discover!
